Basics of Energy and Intuition Workshop

In this 4 hour workshop we’ll cover:

~Introduction to your energy body framework through the aura and chakras

~Initiation into grounding,centering,and clearing your energy field through guided visualizations

~Learn how to maintain energetic protection and boundaries

~Learn techniques that will allow intuitive information to flow to you

~Take home expertises to build your skills and resources to expand your knowledge

Energy transformations will be led by Dr. Amy Holden a sacred space holder at Holden space. Amy is a practicing Audiologist with a doctorate degree from the university of Southern Mississippi. She is also a Reiki Master teacher and practitioner of the Usui/Holy fire 2 lineage trained with a teacher licensed with the international Center for Reiki Training. Amy is a teacher of the Sacred Grove and has also trained in Shamanistic practices and ancestral healing with several teachers over the years.

Intuition Basics:

~Introduction to the ’clairs’ ~Understanding which one of the Claire’s is your strength

~Recognizing and understanding how your own abilities have been guiding you all along

Intuition basics will be led by Alesia Smith- The modern day medium, who has over 30 years experience utilizing her gifts in service to others. Alesia was born with exceptional gifts in the spiritual sense. She took those gifts and continued to study under luminaries such as Tony Stockwell and James Van Pragg. She expanded the depyhs of her gifts to other areas such as Mediumshi, Past life regression, Reiki, Psychic readings, just to name a few. Developing your own intuitive abilities are so important in navigating todays world
