Welcome to The Sanctuary

I was guided to a path of spirituality in 2016. As a childhood trauma survivor, I had spent most of my life in a constant state of fight, flight, or freeze. Many times losing the desire to live. It was in one of those moments that I began seeking and searching for solace. My soul craved any peace I could discover. My quest often took me far from home in search of spiritual and holistic healing.

These journeys introduced me to beautiful modalities that spoke to my thirsty spirit and helped to guide and assist me on the path to true awakening. I found such deep and resounding healing in these modalities that I traveled to study and learn holistic healing. Receiving certifications in vibrational sound healing, kundalini yoga, and Usui Reiki healing. 
One of my most transformative experiences of my life was spending a summer living and studying at an ashram in India. I discovered a deep soul connection that forever changed me. Everything on this journey has ultimately led to the creation of The Sanctuary. A sacred space dedicated to guiding others toward inner peace and healing. Here, I’ve merged  my 30 year passion in the hair industry with holistic wellness, helping people feel good from the inside out. 
This journey of self discovery, healing and transformation is ever going. Dedicated I offer myself in loving service holding space for those seeking the inner peace and healing that is waiting and within us all.
